The Center for Bariatric Surgery at Middlesex Hospital is far more than a place to receive the operation – it is a comprehensive medical, educational and supportive program. We are a multidisciplinary team, working together to provide optimal treatment for obesity, through our staff of physicians, mental health providers, nurses and dieticians. We see our patients as individuals with specific needs.

The Middlesex Hospital Center for Bariatric Surgery has earned the American Society of Bariatric Surgery’s (ASBS) Center of Excellence designation. To earn this designation, the Center must meet or exceed rigorous standards and a demonstrated track record of favorable outcomes in bariatric surgery.
